       Our Philosophy

A Message from our General Manager:

To Our Customers:

Here at CCS, we enjoy what we do and we're also very serious about being the best at what we do for you. Our customers have come to expect a lot because we try never to let them down.

Consistent dependability and professional personnel are what we have offered our customers year in and year out.

As a contractor or equipment scheduler, you have a full daily agenda. We can help. When you call us, we do what we're supposed to do -- then you have one less worry. We do this because we take crane service seriously. I feel that once you experience it, you'll never go back to a company who doesn't share this philosophy.

Pride is a personal commitment. It is an attitude which separates excellence from mediocrity.

Every so often we come across a concise viewpoint in the form a quote or a phrase which seems to encapsulate mountains of thought and consideration. If we recognize these gems and adopt them, they become valuable tools we can use. Their elegance lies in the fact that in one small compartment we have a concentration of wisdom and a reminder of our previously chosen path.

Here are some suggestions:

1. When you come across quotes, phrases or ideas that you feel have value, write them down and file them immediately in one place.

2. Review them often.

3. Consider where you might post them so that everyone can benefit from their value.

For example, post the following in the boardroom or meeting room:

None of us is as smart as all of us. -- Phil Condit

Below are some more thoughtful quotes to get you started:

You can delegate authority, but not responsibility. -- Stephen W. Comiskey

Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom. -- Gen. George Patton

The reputation of a thousand years may be determined by the conduct of one hour. -- Japanese proverb

Never miss a chance to keep your mouth shut. -- Robert Newton Peck

Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen and thinking what nobody has thought. -- Albert Szent Gyorgyi

Yes, risk-taking is inherently failure-prone. Otherwise it would be called sure-thing-taking. -- Tim McMahon

Perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did. -- Newt Gingrich

It is not the employer who pays wages. He only handles the money. It is the product that pays wages. -- Henry Ford
